Workspaces

Keep teams, roles, data and billing separated.

TrendMind 2.1.1Reviewed: 2026-07-15

What a workspace separates

A workspace is an organization boundary for people, roles, evidence, reports, assets, funnels, leads, Telegram links, API keys, usage, orders and billing. Use a different workspace for every company, product or client whose data and access must remain separate.

Create and switch

Open Settings → Workspaces, enter an organization name and choose whether to switch immediately. Every new workspace receives its own Free plan. The workspace switcher changes both the current browser context and the default used at the next sign-in.

People, roles and seats

Owners and workspace admins can add an existing TrendMind account. Available roles separate workspace administration, research, read-only access and billing. The current plan controls available seats; ownership changes only through the explicit transfer action.

Archive, restore and leave

Archiving blocks normal use but preserves customer data, billing records and audit history. An owner can restore it later. TrendMind prevents archiving or leaving the final active workspace and prevents the final owner from leaving until ownership is transferred.
