Cancellation prevents future renewal. Access continues or ends according to the confirmed subscription terms and effective period.
Refund review
Submit the order reference and reason through support. Eligibility depends on applicable law, product delivery and agreed terms.
Access adjustment
A verified refund may revoke or reduce unused access. Historical order and usage records remain for reconciliation.
